Dear Wildcat Families,

It is an honor and privilege to serve as the principal of Wayne Ruble Middle School. Ruble is a special place—one where relationships matter, students are valued, and our staff is committed to creating meaningful opportunities for every student to learn, grow, and thrive.

At Ruble, we believe in the potential of every scholar. Our work is grounded in four commitments: Academic Excellence, Belonging & Well-Being, Community & Relationships, and Difference Makers. These commitments guide how we support our students both academically and personally and reflect the kind of school community we strive to build each day.

Middle school is an important time of discovery and growth. We want our students to be challenged academically, feel a strong sense of belonging, develop confidence in who they are, and recognize the positive difference they can make in their school and community. Most importantly, we want every student to know there are adults on this campus who see them, believe in them, and are invested in their success.

We also know that our strongest work happens in partnership with our families. Your involvement, communication, and trust are invaluable, and we welcome you as an important part of our Wildcat community.
